I have never met Donna Sylvia. She looks to be a fine person. May she rest in peace.
ReplyDeleteI just found out about the passing of Donna. Although, I have not known her for very long...she became a very dear friend quickly. We got to know one another through the Georgia Peer Support Institute (GPSI). She knew that I lived a couple of hours away from the office (GMHCN) and I often drove back and forth late at night...she said..if you need a place to stay you are welcome to come and stay with us. As a matter of fact, a couple of days before Christmas a peer had car trouble late at night (in Decatur) and I sent out several texts (to people in the area) asking people to please call me ASAP...she was the ONLY person to call me..I am honored to know her...she is a true and geniune friend. I do not know her family or her sigifiant other, but I am sending prayers to you that each of recieve the comfort from your Higher Power, that you have some measure of peace.....peace knowing that Donna Siliva was and is a beautiful soul and each person that knew her and could say she was a friend was blessed.
